You may submit banners, photographs, and other materials for advertisements. All banners must be reviewed and approved by February 1st. All advertisements for the Souvenir Book must be camera-ready and submitted by February 1st. Black and white photographs are preferred. The publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel advertising at any time. Advertisers who desire their photographs and other materials returned should label each piece with their name and submit a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
