The Assistant Director for Residence Life plays an integral role in the leadership, direction, and vision of Texas Wesleyan University. The position provides leadership in several major functions of the Residence Life department including business operations, facilities management, and assignments and billing. It is a full-time, position that is responsible for managing the regular business and facilities operations for Residence Life and providing support to the Assistant Dean of Students in developing new initiatives and maintaining a robust on-campus experience for students at Texas Wesleyan University. This includes, but is not limited to, residential database management, crisis management, the housing application and selection process, room assignments and billing, facilities management, coordinating move-in/close down, and other Residence Life initiatives.
