Under the direction of the Director for Student Activities, Diversity Programming, and Orientation, the Assistant Director for Orientation and Ram Camp is responsible for facilitating the integration of new students into the life of the University. This position plans and implements all new freshman and transfer student orientations, initiates and maintains contact with new transfer students, and refers students to appropriate support services as necessary. Serves as a liaison between new transfer students and the University community. This role will develop, integrate, and evaluate retention and student success in all programs and initiatives.
