The Director of Facilities Operations is responsible for managing and directing the day to day maintenance, grounds and janitorial needs of Texas Wesleyan University. Develops and manages budget, preventative maintenance plans, and plans for short-term and long-term improvements. Provides construction expertise and supervision for renovations or new construction projects.
