The Director for Housing Residence Life plays a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive campus community by providing leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of residential life on the campus of Texas Wesleyan University. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the residence halls, serving as the primary conduct administrator for the residence halls, promoting a positive and safe living and learning environment for students, and supporting the college’s mission and values. The Director of Residence Life is expected to provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of professional and student staff, while maintaining a strong commitment to student development, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
