  Fees include all conference materials, workshops, reception, luncheon and banquet. Refund requests must be received in writing prior to February 1, 2022 (attendee substitutions are encouraged instead).
• Late Non-Member Registration (after Dec 31) – $325.00
  Fees include all conference materials, workshops, reception, luncheon and banquet. Refund requests must be received in writing prior to February 1, 2022 (attendee substitutions are encouraged instead).
• Optional Access Code – $245.00
• Standard Full-Time Student Registration – $190.00
  This registration type is for FULL TIME STUDENTS ONLY who wish to attend the full conference. Unpaid fees will increase if not received before payment deadline changes. Fees include all conference materials, workshops, reception, luncheon and banquet.
