TEXAS ASSOCIATION OF BLACK PERSONNEL IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Call for proposals

We welcome submissions for high-quality concurrent sessions for the 53rd Annual TABPHE State Conference, which will be held from March 5-7, 2026 in Dallas, Texas.  The priority deadline to submit proposals will be Dec. 15, 2025.  Presenters are required to register for the conference and will receive the discounted rate of $315.

The success of prior conferences has always depended on you, our conference presenters and speakers! Our conference theme is "Workforce Beyond Today: Empowering People, Influencing Policy, Embracing Technology.”

Each session is 50 minutes in length .  Please allow 7-10 minutes for questions and answers. Most rooms are set up in classroom seating with a podium and projector.    We will need you to send your presentations to our committee before the conference, preferably two weeks prior.

While our session topics are flexible, ideally, they will encompass presentations that are innovative, creative, and engaging.  Consider all levels of HIED professionals, in various roles.
